Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy Please note the following cancellation terms for any workshops booked outside of Christchurch: ● Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled workshop will be charged at 100% of the agreed rate. ● Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled date will be charged at 50% of the agreed rate. ● Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will not incur any charges. Christchurch Workshop Cancellation Policy For workshops booked within Christchurch, the following cancellation terms apply: ● Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop will be charged at 100% of the agreed rate. ● Cancellations made within 7 days (but more than 48 hours in advance) will be charged at 50% of the agreed rate. ● Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will not incur any charges.
